Xena Virtual Season 7: Go West Young Warrior Part 1 – 4
From Go West Young Warrior, Part 1, the beginning of the #Xena Virtual Season 7’s final quadrilogy. Much of the episode involves the perilous & unpredictable voyage across the Atlantic. In this scene, a storm hits & lightning reveals to us the ship’s figurehead, which I modeled on Aphrodite, since she is the last known Olympian goddess remaining after the Twilight of the Gods. I used references from Jason & the Argonauts to design it. That movie uses Hera as the figurehead, however, which these sailors wouldn’t use, of course.
